A blustery day in Wadsville

Nothing creative

Haven't had time in my studio but will go in later today....so here is a photograph I have taken recently....did I tell you I love taking pictures??  LOL  This grasshopper was on the back door window!

Head in the Clouds

There are no creative juices flowing cause I have been sick....but I did get a new or rather an old....blueprint table for my studio. I have to clean it up and then will move it in and am VERY excited for it.  Enjoy the photos taken on the way back from a recent trip.....my head was in the clouds literally....LOL.

Birds!

I love my birds!  Here is a photo I took on Saturday!  I even have Aubrey noticing and saying..."Grammi, get your camera....there's a redbird"!!

Sher's Room

Okay, we all got a mini lesson with Tim Holtz's vagabond from Sher while in Florida and some....not all of us....got to see Sue's room as well!  It is lots of fun that we all share the same hobby....even John likes loopy brads but Terri won't let him play with them often.  The last photo is a painting Morgan's husband Chris painted for Sher.....he is an unbelievable artist. He works with a variety of mediums and all are fabulous!

Circle Project

My COF group's latest project is a 4 inch circle, all black and white except a hint of color. Here is what I created for it.

Time flies

Boy I had all sorts of art goals for the summer and where did it go?  I did some of them but not as many as I would have liked. I have had a lot of fun with my camera tho.

Monday morning began with a hummingbird visit and I got some great shots! Here are just a few! Card material for sure!

Okay....I am starting my grandgirls at an early age learning the color wheel.  We mixed colors to make pancakes!  LOL

Used your brayer recently....me neither....I forget about it ....but you can do so much with it! Took these pictures at a recent stamping show.

New idea?

This may or may not be a new idea for some of you. It was for me.  I didn't make this card. It was made by Sarah at a booth at a recent stamp show and she said that we will see a lot of this coming soon where you leave the focal point white.

Fairy Door Fun

Do you know about the Fairy Doors? My sister Sher told me about them while visiting Ann Arbor.  You can find them other places but they sure are fun to investigate.

Mom's cards

I was with my mom yesterday and she made some new butterfly cards which are BEAUTIFUL! And if you haven't found my sister Sue Fuqua on Pinterest yet....you must take a look at "her creations" file. Her cards are fantastic too!
