One line and pass

Yesterday at school, the art teacher had an emergency and I was told with short notice that I was to keep my kids until the substitute came. Not sure where or how I thought of this, but it turned out cute.  I told all the kids to take out their favorite color and draw a line....any size or kind....then pass it to the right....we made it almost around the room and here are some pics of the end result.  They got creative as the papers started passing.

Haven't had much time lately in the studio but needed a photo change.....LOL.  I love this photo...I took it while in German Village near Columbus.

Lifebook 2014

I joined Lifebook 2014 for this year and this is my first creation. Now before you critique....you must know a couple of things. I started with a blank piece of paper and have never had any drawing lessons EVER!  We were supposed to include one word to focus on for the 2014 year.  I am going to make my studio and Lifebook one of my priorities to keep fun and balance in my life!  I was happy with the final product and look forward to the coming year of instruction!!

2014 Here we come!
